ABOUT
Based in Chicago since 1991, Carlos began his career as a Special Effects assistant producer for a top post-production company, later becoming an independent film producer for a film production company and a photography producer for a commercial photography studio, producing jobs for both companies throughout the U.S. and abroad.
Carlos has produced jobs for the top advertising agencies, catalog companies and clients in Chicago and has worked with many prominent personalities during his career including: Michael Jordan, Dennis Rodman, Billy Ray Cyrus, William Shatner, etc.
In Mexico Carlos co-founded a production company and produced commercials, music videos, live events and concerts including:
Cavalia, Andrea Bocelli, DJ Cedric Jervais, as well as concerts for Mexico's top music performers. In the U.S., Carlos has co-produced the Alma Awards and The Hispanic Heritage Awards, for U.S. national television broadcast.
With his vast experience in all media and technology, Carlos has recently co-founded BIM Engines, an engineering design firm and partnered with DECCA, a manufacturing company, to design and manufacture customized hardware and software for clients in the Entertainment, Production, Advertising, Music, and the Visual Arts industries.
In 1998 Carlos co-produced and self-published a coffee table book titled "Chicago Bulls: Portrait of an Era" containing portraits produced by Carlos and photographer Barry Elz. These portraits were created for the Chicago Bulls organization during the course of their historic last three championship winning seasons. Upon its release, "Chicago Bulls: Portrait of an Era" became a Best Seller in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.
